FAQ

  • The community is based on individual memberships. Unfortunately, we cannot accept teams. However, you can invite your coworker or have meetings at the loft from time to time depending on availability of the meeting rooms.

  • Unfortunately, that is not possible. The loft works well with an open-desk policy, meaning you choose your desk every day and leave it clean and empty at the end of each day. However, we have personal lockers for you to safely store your devices and other materials.

  • Yes, while most of us are self-employed, we also have members who are employed with an organization. Both are possible!

  • Dogs are generally allowed at the loft. However, as there are already members with dogs, there needs to be good communication among both the dog-owners themselves and with other loft members, and the guidelines must be followed (e.g. leash). Safety and a calm work atmosphere are the top priority.

  • We offer three separate (video) call booths to reserve for your calls. While occasional calls are necessary for all of us, being in calls 24/7 will not be possible for single members, as the booths are to be shared among the community.

  • Yes, that’s what our meeting rooms (free of charge) are made for!

  • No. While there is a 3-months trial period for both sides to evaluate whether everyone feels happy, we explicitly onboard people who are genuinely interested in staying with us long-term. As the entire onboarding process is managed by us members, we cannot afford to on- and offboard new members on short terms.

  • Unfortunately not. If you would like to have someone else join alongside you, feel free to forward them the application form. They would need to apply for their own membership.
