The cocreation.loft is a community of people who have come together under a common thread: We come from various disciplines and backgrounds and strive to make the world a more sustainable and aware place through our projects and initiatives. Amongst us we have social entrepreneurs, change makers, leadership coaches, somatic practicioners, sustainability and creative consultants. Each member forms an integral part of our community and takes part in bringing our network to life. Together we explore new perspectives and work together for the conscious development of individuals, business, and society.
We believe that effective outer change must start from within. That’s why we’re more than an association, we support each other and our clients on their individual journeys. And we share a home – the beautiful cocreation.loft.

Who we are
Sebastian Baier
Facilitator for Transformational Leadership | Entrepreneur | DJ
Sebastian is the Co-Founder of the Vertical Leadership Accelerator GROWTH POSITIVE, Co-Network developer for the cocoreation.loft and the project Emerge. He is Curator & Artist for holistic journeys and experiences with music & arts.
Sebastian is inspired by authenticity, a deep breath on a mountain top and group moments with connected hearts.
Christin Bettinghaus
Creative Consultant | Visual designer for future concepts
Christin works for companies and associations in the field of sustainability and transformation. Here, she focuses on the visibility and sensual experience of an aspirational regenerative society in the future. She loves to curate these projects, providing a creative soil.
Christin is inspired by people who have empathy for the living and work on new solutions in the face of current challenges. She feels most alive when she dances, travels and when she feels connected with others!
Benjamin Deiß
Creative Director | Graphic Designer
Ben studied filmmaking in London and returned to Germany in 2007 to found his film company in Berlin. Nowadays he works as a creative director and graphic designer in the arts, outdoor trainer, consultant and workshop facilitator. He enjoys guiding people and loves travelling.
Ben learned from various teachers around the globe and stayed in different meditation and yoga centres. He has given numerous workshops, directed ceremonies, facilitated human encounters and led teams. Ben is inspired by his little daughter and he feels most alive when he travels, practices yoga or dances.
Dana Ulrike Glatz
Founder Global Impact Alliance | Leadership Trainer & Transformation Coach | Advisor for Conscious Investing
Dana is the Founder of Global Impact Alliance - a non-profit organisation focusing on Indigenous wisdom & systemic investing for the protection of socio-ecological biodiversity and the sustainable development of bioregions. She pursues her passion for inner growth and transformation by offering leadership trainings for executives, legacy coaching for wealth owners, Rapé ceremonies for decision makers and by teaching at business schools.
Dana learns from ancient wisdom traditions, and is an explorer of consciousness. She holds the vision of a shift to an “Age of Wisdom” for humanity, and loves spending time immersed in nature and the lifestyle of “elegant simplicity”.
Katrin Häuser
Sustainability Consultant | Co-Founder of Klimaliste Berlin
Katrin is co-founder of TheGreenSpring and Klimaliste Berlin. Currently, she is working with a special machine construction company from Southern Germany to re-align their business model and vision to be sustainable. At Klimaliste Berlin (formerly known as radikal:klima) she coordinates political content and what they stand for as the new political party advocating for systematic climate protection in Berlin.
Katrin feels most alive when she’s connected to herself and others, as well as when she’s dancing, meditating or doing an early morning workout. She loves to connect people to work towards a better future.
Caroline Harant
Chief Marketing Officer | DJ | Yoga Teacher
By working for Psychedelics Integration, Caroline is doing what she likes most: connecting & supporting people in their healing journey. As a CMO she is in charge of all marketing and PR tasks as well as organizing harm reduction workshops with partners in the field.
Under the DJ name gem.ini she also guides people into trance. Her sound is as herself: genderfluid, authentic and energetic. Bringing together house, techno & breakbeats she has been playing in the oldest & most well-known clubs in Berlin, such as Sisyphos, Kater Blau or Golden Gate as well as internationally.
Caroline is passionate about mental health, community & consciousness. She truly believes that people should work together, not against each other. She also loves deep talks, travelling & getting out of her comfort zone.
Lisa Jikeli
Social Entrepreneur | Change Facilitator | Systemic Organizational Consultant
Lisa supports people, teams, and organizations through transformation processes, guided by the question: How can we design work in a way that serves life? She has worked with over 500 leaders and teams to build resilient and equitable work cultures while exploring new forms of collaboration that foster regeneration and systemic change.
As the co-founder of THE GOOD CHANGE, a Berlin-based consulting agency and academy for transformation, she co-developed a free training on transformation competency. This training, officially licensed by the German Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, empowers individuals to drive organizational change from within.
Carolin Kister
Public Sector Innovator | Workshop Facilitator | Event Host
Carolin drives the transformation of the public sector towards an agile organization: As Managing Director of Staat-up - the network for public entrepreneurs - she organizes formats for learning, inspiration and experience sharing for executives. Her latest project with Staat-up is developing a peer group mentoring program for future executives in the public administration. With a background in performing arts and cultural management, she loves the vibrant creative scene of the city and hosting community events herself within the Loft.
Carolin is inspired by her non-violent communication practice group and feels most alive when she’s hiking in the alps and playing beach volleyball.
Olivia Köhler
Systemic Nature Therapist | Facilitator & Business Consultant
Since her studies in Business & Economics Olivia has been working with corporations as a business consultant. Currently she is focusing on her project Kailo with which she is creating spaces for people to connect with their outer and inner nature and with others. As an educated, certified and experienced systemic nature therapist Olivia leads various workshops, team events and retreats – in company related or private settings.
Olivia is inspired by our human and more-than-human world. We live in a living relationship and interconnectedness with the natural spaces and the elements within them. All this has an impact on how we feel, think and act. It’s exciting to explore.
Systemic Coach | Impact Consultant
Sophie builds and develops impact organizations to drive systemic change since 2015. As a certified systemic coach, she accompanies her individual clients in their transformative processes with a focus on purposeful and sustainable occupation. Previously, she held strategic roles in social enterprises in the climate, education, migration and health sphere and co-founded Klimaliste Berlin.
She is happiest in real connection with others and also values what brings her mind and body closer together, such as meditation, dancing and hiking in the mountains.
Daniel Hugo Miceli
Breathwork Facilitator | Storyteller | Creative Director
Daniel is currently working on a platform to bring people together in spaces of ritual, using elements of shamanism, breathwork, and trauma release. They are also working on a visual diary based on their studies in Anthropology and their love of cross-cultural exploration.
Daniel feels most alive when they connect to their primal instincts, in moments of collective gathering, songs and ceremony. Daniel also feels most alive in the sun, by the sea, in the jungle and exploring foreign lands.
Christine Oymann
Transformational Coach & Facilitator | Graphic Recorder
ChrisTine guides organisations towards responsive structures, processes, and regenerative business models. Her method is to enable people and teams to create development processes from the inside out. Christine is trained in systemic organisational development and habit sensitive and solution focused coaching. She is a facilitator for transformation processes according to the Loop-Approach by and with TheDive. Her added competence as a graphic recorder she accompanies organisations with visual communication.
She feels most inspired when she’s connected to herself, others, and new ways of thinking towards a responsible future. ChrisTine feels most alive when she is on her bike, in nature or juggles in her juggle clubs.
Franzi Ruhnau
Menstrual Cycle Coach | Graphic Recorder
When working as a graphic recorder Franzi is drawing impactful visuals for the public sector, big and small businesses in the field of societal change, female leadership and new work. As Menstrual Cycle Coach she guides people to use the superpowers of the menstrual cycle to create the life they want to live, to discover their purpose and stay in their power.
Franzi has a background in systemic coaching, social sciences and cultural management. Inspired and energised by deep and direct conversations, hiking in the mountains or a good sweat in her favourite sauna she loves exploring and embracing cycles within and on the outside.
Johanna Schuck
NVC Coach | Dubbing Director | Design Thinker
Johanna discovered her passion for New Work while studying Design Thinking near Potsdam. She loves bringing together learning, innovation and communication techniques, especially Nonviolent Communication. She recently started a conflict resolution training and is eager to see how NVC and mediation go together in her offerings.
Johanna mainly facilitates workshops around creativity, Design Thinking and NVC. At other times she can be found in the recording studio, directing dubbing projects for Netflix & Co.
Designer | Coach | Facilitator | Team developer
Many roles, one mission: Steffen designs transformational processes and coaches people in change. He facilitates user-centered creative and innovative workshops, accompanies organisations in working together in a more agile, effective and structured way, and coaches in professional reorientation and the path to self-employment.
In all areas, he brings in his knowledge from two design degree programs, the design thinking track at the Hasso Plattner Institute, a coaching training at artop and over 10 years of professional experience in the areas of design, innovation and transformation. He feels most inspired by courageous and creative people, vibrant Berlin and the Hip-Hop culture.
Patrick M. Sommer
Graphic Designer | Typography enthusiast | Event networker
After freelancing for different offices, Patrick worked five years in the design team Langesommer and then founded Typoint. Typoint is a atelier for design and typography, with lasting and sustainable impact. Our typography focus connects all our analog and digital projects. From magazines to annual reports, a symbiosis of good readability and surprising aesthetics creates publications that bring pleasure to the reader.
He is co-organiser and initiator of the design conference »FURE – The Future of Reading«. The conference about the future of reading takes place annually in Münster with around 250 visitors. He’s also co-hosting »The Inner Game of Design«, a dinner lecture for designers in Berlin. Part of the design portal »Design made in Germany« and co-author of the book »Das ABC der Typografie« about typography basics.
Rouzbeh Tavakkoli
Holistic Executive Coach | Facilitator | Voice & Creativity Expert
Rouzbeh is a multi-passionate explorer of human nature and ever growing wisdom seeker, with a background in psychology, leadership development and existential coaching. He guides forward-thinking teams and individuals through experiences that are based on a blend of ancient wisdom, creative expression, experiential learning and the state-of-the-art in modern psychology.
He hosts music ceremonies and singing circles, and loves exploring the interconnected space between the arts, spirituality and personal growth.
Brand Strategist | Business Psychology | Corporate Dev. & Innovation
Simon helps brands and aspiring companies to develop and improve their Brand Strategy and Brand Core Structure. By defining Brand Identity, Brand Image and its Integrity he enables brands to truly find their purpose and align with our modern world. As a specialist in business psychology and corporate development, his center of interest lies in innovation, digital trends and strategic use of these elements.
Simon’s inspiration comes from his great curiosity and honest interest in a variety of topics. He wants to inspire others, likes to portray his ways of thinking and loves exchanging ideas with experts in their fields.
Meditation Teacher | Founder at Eddie Vero Mediation
Eddie is researching and developing an ancient form of action based Indian philosophy in order to create unlikely leaders within the spiritual community. In the meantime, he teaches a dedicated form of meditation to people who’ve tried meditation apps, books and videos – yet still can’t keep up daily practice.
Eddie is inspired by people exploring value systems outside their own, and developing new skills that challenge their own status quo. Also, simply the experience of everyday life inspires him towards greater meaning and inner practice. Learn more about meditation in Berlin here.
Systemic Coach | Creative Consultant
Angela has been supporting people and companies through change for over 20 years. In her role as a creative director, she has guided numerous publishing houses and companies in building or reinventing their brands, analyzed and structured processes, set up teams and helped employees develop according to their needs. Having trained and certified as a business coach (DBCA), her current professional focus is on coaching and creative consulting. She encourages self-employed people, decision-makers and design teams to achieve greater clarity, focus and success.
Angela loves to immerse herself in complex topics, is always open to new experiences and challenges and finds her balance in nature during long walks with her dog or at cultural events.
