An evening of sound, meditation, and community: The first NECTAR. night at cocreation.loft was more than just a concert—it was a shared experience where music, space, and audience flowed together. We are a group of 12 people who belong to the second generation of people working with a social technology called ‘Theory U’ or ‘presencing’. Inspired by action research and mindfulness practice, our work emphasises whole-system approaches, connection to individual and collective purpose and swift action from this place of alignment.
We live in truly exciting times. The complexity of our personal and professional lives calls many of us to change our perspectives and behaviors. This process brings many unconscious or even shadow elements to the surface (e.g. stress, overworking, addictive behaviors, relationship issues, …) and can leave us feeling reactive, imperfect and raw.
